Lineup
The original band members were Tim Wheeler (vocals and guitar), Mark Hamilton (bass) and James Heatley (drums).

Originally inspired by Twisted Sister and Iron Maiden in the 1990s, Wheeler and Hamilton formed a heavy metal band called Vietnam, with a few friends from school. After two concerts, which were abandoned when his bandmates left. Requiring a drummer, when Heatley left for college he had a few drinks with Rick McMurray, who was a year ahead of them in school and has gone from playing guitar on drums. With McMurray on board, which was proposed to develop a style of music inspired by grun.
